First let's talk about Rust and Patina Effect Sets:

Both of these come with 3 reagents and a powder to create corroded effect. They are used in the same way depending on the metal corrosion you are trying to imitate. The main thing to remember here is that This is a product that relies on chemical reactions to create desired effect.

How to use:

  • Apply an even layer of a paste as the base

  • Gently press the rust or patina powder into the wet paste.

  • Then randomly drip the 3 reagents, using a clean dry brush to blend where the reagents meet.

  • The reaction will start immediately although the final result will be visible after 24 hours.
